"Three months ago I began training two times a week with John Gavakos. My intention was to strengthen my core, work on my flexibility (especially for my golf game) and develop upper body strength. John and I bonded immediately. He provides a challenging training session and makes sure to show me proper technique. We share some good laughs but our primary objective is a solid nighttime training session. John mixes up the workouts and keeps detailed records of my routines and reps. He pushes me at times to challenge myself. He allows for water breaks. I really look forward to my training sessions with John. After three months, I have made significant strides toward my goals. I am much stronger and more flexible. At a recent golf outing in Florida, I was amazed how much more flexible I am with my golf swing and how much farther I am hitting the golf ball.
